Brands spending PKR 150,000 on Meta in four weeks and asking “why isn’t this working” almost always trace back to one thing: the campaign failed because the offer itself was broken, not the media buying around it.
If the offer isn’t doing its job, nothing else will
The most persuasive script in the world, twenty tested angles, even the best agency available — none of it fixes a weak offer. If a product isn’t solving a genuinely painful problem, packaged with real urgency and clarity, and understandable in under three seconds, no funnel or creative or media-buying skill will save it.
High CAC isn’t always the ads
Most marketers default to blaming bad creative, wrong targeting, or budget limits. More often, the real issue is simpler: the value just isn’t obvious. People scroll past an offer not because it’s bad, but because it’s unclear — and unclear reads the same as bad to someone deciding in half a second.
A great offer changes everything downstream
When the offer is genuinely strong, creative performs better, landing pages convert more, CAC drops, and people start sharing without being asked to. A great offer becomes the single highest-leverage asset in the whole system — everything else just amplifies whatever’s already there.
Fix the offer before testing another angle
Before rewriting another ad, launching a new headline test, or tweaking the CTA again, it’s worth pausing on one question: is this offer actually irresistible? If it isn’t, that’s what needs fixing first — once the offer is solid, the ads tend to start working the way they were supposed to all along.
The real fix isn’t a better agency
It’s a better offer — clear, compelling, emotionally urgent, and good enough that saying no feels like a mistake. That’s what actually lowers CAC, lifts ROAS, and wins consistently.
